Accessing Footsteps 2


Footsteps 2 can be accessed in the following ways:
  1. Via your Parenta Portal (https://portal.parenta.com/) 
  2. Via the Footsteps 2 website (https://footsteps2.parenta.com/) 
Our recommended supported browsers are:
  1. Google Chrome
  2. Microsoft Edge
We recommend using the following devices to access Footsteps 2:
  1. PC / Laptop
  2. Mac / Macbook
  3. Any Android tablet running Android OS 8.1 onward, with a minimum 8" screen size
  4. Any of the following iPads, running iOS 11 onward:

The Footsteps 2 app is available to download for free from the Google Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS) for these devices.

If you are accessing the system on a device which is not listed above, please use https://footsteps2.parenta.com/ through either the Chrome or Safari browser, instead of the Footsteps 2 app.
