Absence Report
The Absence Report shows the dates children in a selected room have been marked as absent and the reason for each absence within a selected date range.
To view the Absence Report, do the following:
- Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
This will display the Reports Menu page: - Click on 'Absence Report'.
This will display the Report Selection page: - Select a date range to run the report for.
- Choose if you want to include children who are on holiday in the report.
- Choose if you want to run the report for all rooms or a specific room.
- Click on the 'Go' button.
