Absence Report

Absence Report


The Absence Report shows the dates children in a selected room have been marked as absent and the reason for each absence within a selected date range. 

To view the Absence Report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Absence Report'.
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Select a date range to run the report for.
  4.  Choose if you want to include children who are on holiday in the report.
  5.  Choose if you want to run the report for all rooms or a specific room.
  6.  Click on the 'Go' button.
