Abacus Release Notes 25/10/22
This release contains the following improvements:
Online acknowledgement for accident/incidents
Show in Parent Portal option
A 'Show in Parent Portal' option is now available within Abacus > Accidents & Incidents section to gain online acknowledgement through the Parent Portal app.
Parent Portal app notification
Any new or updated accident requiring acknowledgment will send a push notification to the Parent Portal app.
Parent Portal accident/incident acknowledgment with attachment
Accidents/Incidents will be displayed on the Newsfeed for review and acknowledgement.
Any attachment including body maps you create within Abacus, will be displayed in Parent Portal for the parent to view or download.
Acknowledgement Status
Accident/Incident record acknowledgement
The Accidents & Incidents section displays the carer name and date of acknowledgement received from the Parent Portal app.
Accidents & Incidents report
The Accidents & Incidents report displays the carer name and date of acknowledgement from Parent Portal.
What's coming next for Accidents/Incidents
Recording accident/incidents within Dayshare
Dayshare users will have the ability to view and record Accidents/Incidents.
